On April 17, Jianfeng Group released its annual report for 2022. During the reporting period, the company realized operating income of 3.560 billion yuan, a decrease of 6.43% over the previous year, and realized net profit attributable to shareholders of 288 million yuan, a decrease of 68.86% over the previous year. By the end of 2022, the total assets of the company were 7.321 billion yuan, an increase of 4.22% over the previous year, and the net assets attributable to shareholders of listed companies were 5.186 billion yuan, a decrease of 0.41% over the previous year.
It is understood that the building materials business of Jianfeng Group is mainly distributed in Hubei, Yunnan, Guizhou and Zhejiang. Each of the three holding subsidiaries of Daye Jianfeng, Yunnan Jianfeng and Guizhou Jianfeng has a new dry process cement production line to produce and sell cement and clinker ; the company also gains investment income by participating in Nanfang Jianfeng and Tianshan shares. In recent years, the company has established Hubei Jianfeng New Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Jianfeng New Building Materials Co., Ltd. to extend to machine-made sand, aggregate and other building materials industries.
During the reporting period, Yunnan Jianfeng invested RMB133 million to increase the capital of its shareholding subsidiary Jianfeng Dazhan, making it a holding company of the Company, and the cement business segment of the Company was further developed. The cement enterprises of the Company adhere to the strategy of "cost leadership", improve labor productivity, realize energy saving and emission reduction, and promote green production by continuously promoting management innovation, process innovation and equipment renewal. At the same time, they actively respond to market changes, formulate competitive strategies according to the characteristics of regional markets, and actively develop sales markets through direct sales and agency sales modes.
