The tender did not announce the specific procurement quantity, "the procurement quantity of each package in this framework agreement is not the basis for actual supply, only for the bidder's quotation and evaluation needs, the actual needs of the specific regional units shall prevail." The
Framework Purchase Agreement is valid from the date of signing the agreement to December 31, 2027.
It is worth noting that the maximum bidding price of this frame is 0.78 yuan/W. The tender announcement shows that according to the price per watt, the quotation includes 1000 kilometers of freight. When the actual transportation distance of the project is > 1000 km, the unit price of components arriving at the site = the comprehensive unit price of components + 0.02 yuan/watt * (the actual transportation distance of the project-100 km)/1000 km. The bidder only quotes for double-sided double-glass PV modules . If single-sided ordinary backplane is used, the price of single-sided ordinary backplane will be reduced by 0.02 yuan/watt on the basis of the corresponding double-sided double-glass quotation. Bidders are
required to have good business reputation, independent legal personality, experience in production or supply of bidding materials, and legal and valid business licenses; In terms of finance, the bidder is required to be in good financial condition and the registered capital is not less than 2 million yuan, and there is no loss for two consecutive years (judged by net profit); In terms of performance, the bidder is required to provide the cumulative sales performance of the bidding materials in the photovoltaic project in the past two years (from January 2024 to the present) not less than 50 MW .
This procurement does not accept the participation of the consortium or the agent. If two or more bidders or parent companies or wholly-owned subsidiaries whose legal representatives or persons in charge of the unit are the same person have a holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the same package .
