On January 21, Huadian Group issued a tender announcement for centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules in 2026.
The tender announcement shows that the collection includes two bidding sections of N-type high-efficiency component frame and N-type conventional component frame, and the estimated procurement scale is 6GW and 2G W respectively. The term of the Framework Agreement shall be one year from the effective date of the Framework Agreement or until the effective date of the next tranche of the Framework Agreement, whichever is later; The Tenderee may terminate the execution in advance as the case may be.
It is worth noting that the tenderee does not guarantee the actual procurement quantity and amount of this framework bidding, and is not responsible for the difference between the actual procurement quantity and the bidding scope. The specific procurement quantity of the framework may be lower than or exceed the estimated procurement scale, but shall not exceed 20% of the estimated procurement scale.
This tender requires bidders to have good operating conditions and business reputation. In terms of performance, from January 1, 2025 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing), the cumulative domestic contract performance of N-type monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules (nominal power not less than 610 Wp) is not less than 1000MW. Consortium bidding and agent bidding are not accepted for
this project.
