1. Heat storage method and comprehensive heat storage method (the most commonly used and most economical method)
Heat storage method and comprehensive heat storage method are common processes for concrete construction in winter. By taking measures such as artificial heat preservation and utilization of concrete hydration heat, the temperature environment around concrete can be maintained. Ensure that the growth rate of concrete strength is basically the same as that under normal temperature construction conditions.
The comprehensive heat storage method is to add additives such as early strength and anti-freezing on the basis of the heat storage method.
2. Warm shed method (good curing conditions, suitable for centralized and closed operations)
. Warm shed method is to place the concrete components or structures to be cured in the shed, and set up a heat source inside to heat the air in the shed. The concrete member or structure is cured in a positive temperature environment.
3. Steam curing method
Steam curing method is a construction method that uses steam as a heat source to heat and cure concrete. Steam is usually introduced into the shed cover, steam jacket, hot formwork or reserved holes in the structure to rapidly improve the early strength of concrete.
4. Construction by negative temperature method (applicable to severe cold areas and allowed to harden at negative temperature).
Construction by negative temperature method is a construction method
in which antifreeze is added to the concrete mixture, and the concrete is not heated after pouring, nor is it cured by heat storage and insulation, so that the concrete can harden at negative temperature.
