On November 22, last year, the steel platform of the elevator shaft fell due to the illegal operation of workers directing tower cranes and drivers without a license, resulting in one death and two injuries and a direct economic loss of 1.92 million yuan. The investigation identified it as an accident of production safety responsibility, and a number of participating units and relevant responsible persons were held accountable, and comprehensive rectification was required.
