The worker uses a conical cylinder to pack three layers of concrete. Each layer is pounded 25 times with an iron bar to ensure that it is compacted. Then the top is scraped flat. Then the vertical lifting cylinder allows it to collapse freely. After observing for 30 seconds, the collapse height is measured. Then it can be judged whether it is qualified by checking whether there is water seepage and stratification.
From the mixing station to the construction site, the time, temperature and admixture reaction on the road will affect the state of concrete. If it is too dry to fill the formwork, it will be layered if it is too thin, and it will collapse if it is not sticky. So such a simple experiment measures not only the height, but also the strength of the building.
