First, use sandpaper or angle grinder to grind the bubble part, and grind the concrete surface around the bubble, so that the bubble is initially improved. After polishing, clean dust and sundries on the surface.
Next, according to the color and composition of the concrete, choose the appropriate repair material. Generally, cement mortar with similar color to the original concrete can be used for repair. Smear the prepared cement mortar evenly on the bubble, compact and smooth it with a spatula to make it flush with the surrounding concrete surface.
After the cement mortar is dried, it is polished again to make the repaired surface more smooth and flat.
