On March 31, PetroChina issued a tender announcement for centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules (frame with quantity) in 2026.
The announcement shows that the tender is divided into three packages, with a procurement scale of 7 GW single-crystal double-sided components , of which TOPCcon components purchase 6.8G W and BC components purchase 0.2G W. The details are as follows:
The delivery date of this purchase is within 45 days after the signing of the contract.
This tender requires the bidder to have good business reputation and financial status, and the bidder must be a valid first-class material supplier in the supplier resource library of China National Petroleum Corporation, with a 9-digit material code (A28010101) covered by the proposed tender package. The supplier status and the status of the products to be tendered are "normal"; and the bidder has no unqualified situation in the quality supervision and inspection of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration, the industry and the group company in 2023-2025; Or in 2023-2025, the products are unqualified in the quality supervision and inspection of the petroleum industry, but they have been rectified and re-inspected as required within the prescribed time.
It is worth noting that the bidder is required to sign four letters of commitment in the bidding documents. Including " PV Module Centralized Procurement Small Quantity Order Guarantee Statement", "PV Module Centralized Procurement Quotation Commitment", "PV Module Centralized Procurement Result Implementation Commitment", "PV Module Centralized Procurement Price Adjustment Mechanism Commitment". Bids that do not provide all of the four letters of commitment will be rejected. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender .
