According to the disclosure, BCI, the Indonesian base of Yingfa Ruineng, was established in 2024, covering an area of 357 mu, with an annual output of 7.5G W TOPCon batteries , which is the company's first overseas manufacturing base. According to the previous prospectus, the company has regarded the base as an important hub radiating the markets of Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States. According to
public information, the Indonesian base of Yingfa Ruineng started construction in 2024, and the first phase has been fully produced; The second phase is designed to have a maximum capacity of 3GW, including five additional N-type TOPCon cell production lines, which should be completed in June 2026 as planned. However, as of press release, Yingfa Ruineng has not yet disclosed the relevant progress.
At present, the mass production efficiency of TOPCon is 27.3% and the BC efficiency is 28.4%, and the whole process of perovskite /BC stack assembly has been completed for the first time. According to
the company's official website, Yingfa Ruineng was founded in 2016, focusing on the research and development, production and sales of photovoltaic cells, with Yibin base, Tianchang base, Mianyang base and Indonesia base .
Among them, Yibin Base, where its headquarters is located, was established in 2022. 29 GW TOPCon cells, 6 GW BC cells and 14 GW Czochralski monocrystalline silicon rods per year ; Tianchang Base was established in 2016, covering an area of 358 mu, mainly producing PERC photovoltaic cells; Mianyang Base was established in 2025, with an annual production capacity of 9 GW TOPCon photovoltaic cells.
