Recently, Longji Green Energy ACM (Nano Alloy Matrix Contact) Battery Project was officially mass-produced in Xixian Production Base , which has become a key milestone for the large-scale landing of Longji Green Energy's new battery technology.
Longji Green Energy R & D team has been tackling key problems for nearly ten years, and has made many core breakthroughs in ACM battery materials, processes and equipment. In terms of performance, the efficiency of Longji Green Energy ACM battery reaches 27.6% certified by Hamelin Solar Energy Research Institute in Germany; Certified by T TÜV Rheinland, the ACM module has a power of 672 watts.
Mass production import data show that ACM technology has increased the conversion efficiency of mass production by 0.2%-0.3% , component power by 3-5 watts , and has completed the benchmark mass production import of gigawatt level. Under the multi-base linkage and coordination, the new material factory only takes three months from project establishment to mass production, and the capacity climbing cycle is 20 days shorter than conventional one.
