to prevent and control waste gas pollution should adopt cleaner production measures to reduce the amount of waste gas generated. According to the category and nature of the pollutants in the waste gas, a mature and reliable process is adopted for treatment. Ensure that the waste gas pollutants comply with the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Battery Industry (GB30484-2013), Emission Control Standard of Volatile Organic Compounds for Industrial Enterprises (DB12/524-2020), Emission Standard of Odor Pollutants (GB14554-1993), Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Boilers (GB13271-2014), Control Standard for Unorganized Emission of Volatile Organic Compounds (GB37822-2019) and other relevant standards.
2. The wastewater pollution prevention and control measures
shall be based on the principle of "clean water and sewage diversion, rain and sewage diversion, quality treatment and multi-use of water", and the wastewater collection and treatment scheme shall be reasonably formulated. The wastewater generated by the project mainly includes process wastewater, washing and spraying wastewater from waste gas treatment facilities, equipment washing wastewater, cooling tower circulating water, pure water preparation concentrated water and domestic sewage. Cooling tower circulating water and pure water are used to prepare concentrated water as net drainage, which is directly discharged into the main wastewater outlet of the plant area; The process wastewater, water absorption tower wastewater and domestic sewage are pretreated according to the corresponding standards of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Battery Industry (GB30484-2013) and the takeover standard of the sewage treatment plant in Shangrao Economic and Technological Development Zone, and then discharged into the sewage treatment plant in Shangrao Economic and Technological Development Zone for advanced treatment through the sewage pipe network in the park.
3. Noise pollution prevention measures
The noise of the project mainly comes from the noise generated by the operation of mechanical equipment in the production workshop. The plane layout of the plant area shall be optimized, low-noise equipment shall be selected, and measures such as sound insulation, noise elimination, vibration isolation and vibration reduction shall be taken to ensure that the noise at the plant boundary of the noise source meets the standard. The daytime and nighttime noise emission at the east, south and west sides of the plant boundary of the project shall comply with the Class 3 standard of the Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary (GB12348-2008), and the daytime and nighttime noise emission at the north side of the plant boundary shall comply with the Class 4 standard of the Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary (GB12348-2008). The daytime and nighttime noise emission of the surrounding sensitive points shall comply with the Class 2 standard of the Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary (GB12348-2008).
4. Solid waste pollution prevention and control measures
shall strictly implement the relevant procedures for the transfer of hazardous wastes, and the hazardous wastes that cannot be comprehensively utilized shall be regularly entrusted to qualified units for treatment and disposal. The solid wastes generated by the project mainly include general industrial solid wastes and hazardous wastes. The general solid wastes shall be disposed reasonably and shall not pollute the surrounding environment. The waste filter membrane is recycled by the manufacturer, and the waste silicon wafer, waste silver paste packaging barrel, waste ion exchange resin, waste filter bag, waste molecular sieve, dust collection ash, waste graphite boat/tube, waste quartz boat/tube, circulating water scale crystallization, waste common rag, waste screen plate and sewage station sludge are sold for comprehensive utilization; Waste activated carbon, waste engine oil, waste hazardous chemicals rags and other hazardous wastes shall be entrusted to a unit with hazardous waste qualification for recycling. Waste hazardous chemicals packaging materials shall be delivered to a qualified manufacturer for recycling or to a qualified unit for disposal. Domestic garbage shall be delivered to the environmental sanitation department for collection and disposal. The storage process of general industrial solid wastes shall meet the corresponding environmental protection requirements such as leakage prevention, rain prevention and dust prevention. Hazardous wastes shall be subject to the Standard for Pollution Control on Hazardous Waste Storage (GB18597-2023).
5. Strictly implement measures to prevent and control groundwater and soil pollution. The storage, loading and unloading, transportation, production, pollution treatment measures and other links and processes of
raw materials and products shall be effectively controlled to avoid leakage and seepage of pollutants. At the same time, certain anti-seepage measures shall be taken for areas that may leak to the surface, and zonal anti-seepage shall be adopted for the plant area. To formulate groundwater environmental tracking and monitoring and information disclosure plans and emergency response measures, regularly detect groundwater quality, grasp the changing trend of groundwater quality, strengthen daily environmental management, and strictly control the running, emitting, dripping and leaking of equipment and pipelines.
6. Requirements for standardization of sewage outlet. Standardized pollutant discharge outlets shall be set up
according to regulations, and corresponding signs shall be set up. Waste water and waste gas discharge pipelines shall be provided with permanent monitoring sampling ports in accordance with the requirements of monitoring technical specifications.
7. Strictly implement environmental risk prevention measures.
