Shuangliang Energy Conservation has not entered the photovoltaic industry for a long time, but its development momentum is rapid. In March
2021, Shuangliang Energy Conservation laid out the photovoltaic industry from the field of energy-saving and water-saving equipment production. Shuangliang Energy-saving has attracted much attention because of its strong rise: from the very beginning, it has risen strongly in the mode of sales first and holding large long orders.
Open data show that since 2021, the total sales orders of silicon wafers signed by Shuangliang Energy Conservation have reached 100 billion levels. In less than a month from March 12 to April 2, 2023, it quickly won five major orders, up to 13 billion silicon wafer and component sales contracts.
Shuangliang Energy Conservation said that at present, the company has established a solid supply relationship with Tongwei Stock, Aixu Stock, Trina Solar Energy, Atlas, Zhengtai Xinneng, Dongfang Risheng, Runyang Stock and other downstream leading battery companies, and signed a long sales order.
Under the pressure of huge orders, Shuangliang's energy-saving supply capacity is facing a test and will continue to improve its supply capacity.
Data show that Shuangliang Energy Conservation has invested in the construction of 40 GW monocrystalline silicon project in Baotou. In March this year, the company officially started the third phase of the 50GW monocrystalline silicon project in Baotou, with a total investment of 10.5 billion yuan, using 1600 monocrystalline furnace, multi-line cutting machine, grinding machine and other production equipment.
This project is adjacent to the 40GW monocrystalline silicon project that has been put into operation by the company. It purchases 777.14 mu of land in Binhe New Area of Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, builds new monocrystalline workshop and other infrastructure, and purchases monocrystalline furnace, multi-line cutter, single-line cutter, grinding machine and other major equipment. After the completion of the project, the annual production capacity of 38 GW large-size monocrystalline silicon rods will be achieved.
Shuangliang Energy Conservation said that through the implementation of this project, the company will further enhance the business scale of large-size photovoltaic monocrystalline silicon, seize the opportunity of rapid development of downstream N-type batteries, at the same time, give full play to the scale effect of monocrystalline silicon production capacity, reduce unit production costs, and further guarantee product quality and delivery. Continuously enhance the competitiveness of the company's products in the market. In
this fund-raising, Shuangliang Energy Conservation also plans to invest 580 million yuan (250 million yuan) to build an annual output of 700 sets of green intelligent hydrogen production equipment.
It is reported that green hydrogen production equipment is an important layout for the company to anchor the "double carbon" goal and develop the clean energy track. On September 8
this year, in Shuangliang Energy-saving Green Power Intelligent Hydrogen Production Equipment Workshop, the 2000Nm ³/H electrolyzer with independent intellectual property rights was successfully offline, marking a solid step forward for Shuangliang Energy-saving Hydrogen Energy Industry.
It is reported that the project is planned to build new infrastructure including production and processing workshops in the north of Dazhai River and west of Xili Road, Ligang Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province. It also purchased new CNC laser cutting machine, precision leveling machine, laser welding machine, automatic feeding CNC circular knife cutting machine, automatic turnover machine of electrolytic cell plate, semi-automatic assembly platform and other major equipment. After the completion of the
project, an annual production capacity of 700 sets of various large-scale high-efficiency alkaline water electrolyzers will be formed. The implementation of
this project will enhance the production scale of the company's hydrogen energy equipment, improve the technical support in the field of alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment manufacturing, and benefit the company on the basis of the new generation of 2000Nm ³/H electrolytic cell products with independent intellectual property rights. We will further develop water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment with stable quality, reliable performance and excellent hydrogen production efficiency, enhance the company's full life cycle zero-carbon green hydrogen production solution capability, expand the production capacity of new generation electrolyzer products, help the company's new products seize market opportunities, enhance the company's core competitiveness in the field of hydrogen energy, and meet the increasing market demand.
