At present, six production lines in the first phase of the project have achieved stable production, and four production lines in the second phase are planned to start construction next year to ensure the raw material demand of Yujing Phase II photovoltaic backplane project.

It is understood that Inner Mongolia Yujing Technology Co., Ltd. settled in Zhungeer Economic Development Zone in November 2019, with a total investment of 14.3 billion yuan. It is planned to build a new, large-scale, high-tech and high value-added production line of photovoltaic backplane glass, panel glass and high-quality special deep processing glass in five to six years in four phases, and to build a deep processing production base. At present, two photovoltaic backplanes and high-quality special deep processing glass production lines in the first phase of the project have been completed and put into operation, and the supporting upstream quartz sand processing production line for glass and downstream low-e energy-saving glass production line for deep processing have been completed and put into operation, with a total investment of 2.75 billion yuan. At the same time, the project of photovoltaic backplane glass deep processing production line with a total investment of 450 million yuan and an annual output of 40 million square meters is stepping up construction, and the main equipment of ultra-white calendered photovoltaic glass production line with an investment of 2.6 billion yuan has been ordered. project is put into operation, it can produce 52.8 million weight boxes of high-quality special glass, photovoltaic backplane glass, panel glass and photovoltaic rolled glass annually, with an annual output value of 14 billion yuan and an annual profit and tax of 1.5 billion yuan.
