from June 14 to 16, Diamond Photovoltaic successfully held a contract signing ceremony with JS Company for the purchase of HJT components for 70 MW large-scale ground power plants.
According to the agreement, King Kong will continue to provide high power HJT component products to JS. According to
the data, Diamond Photovoltaic was founded in 1994, formerly known as Diamond Glass , which mainly focused on the research and development, design and production of various high-tech special glass and systems, including fire curtain walls, building glass and so on. In June
2021, Diamond Glass entered the photovoltaic industry , laying out heterojunction photovoltaic cells and changing its name to Diamond Photovoltaic. In Wujiang, Suzhou, the
company has built a 1.2G W large-size half-chip ultra-high efficiency heterojunction solar cell and module project. The first battery of the project was offline in March 2022, and the monthly production capacity is close to full production after mass production. At present, the company's two microcrystalline production lines in Wujiang are in continuous and stable production, and most of the products are exported.
By the end of 2022, the company's battery capacity is 1GW/year, the capacity under construction is 4.84GW, the planned capacity is 1.2G W/year, and the planned module capacity is 500MW/year.
In addition, on May 6 this year, Diamond Photovoltaic announced that the company intends to issue no more than 64.8 million shares to no more than 35 specific targets and raise no more than 2 billion yuan, of which 1.4 billion yuan is intended to be used for the production line project of 4.8G W high-efficiency heterojunction batteries and 1.2G W components annually. The remaining 600 million yuan is used to supplement liquidity.
