1. Sichuan Energy Storage New Policy: 10% * 2h for large-scale wind and solar projects, except for multi-energy complementarity (click the title to view the full text)
. Sichuan Development and Reform Commission, Sichuan Energy Bureau, Sichuan Economic and Information Department and Sichuan Regulatory Office of the State Energy Administration jointly issued the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of New Energy Storage Demonstration Projects in Sichuan Province, proposing that the scale of new energy storage in Sichuan Province will reach more than 2 million kilowatts by 2025.
Separately developed wind power, centralized photovoltaic and other new projects: in principle, new energy storage shall be configured according to not less than 10% of the installed capacity and more than 2 hours of energy storage time.
Encourage multi-energy complementary development of new energy projects to allocate new energy storage. For new energy projects incorporated into the integrated renewable energy development bases of water, scenery and light in the upper reaches of the Jinsha River, the lower reaches of the Jinsha River, the Yalong River Basin and the upper and middle reaches of the Dadu River, it is encouraged to allocate new energy storage in combination with the consumption situation.
New energy development enterprises can adopt independent construction, joint construction, market leasing (purchase) and other ways to implement the allocation of new energy storage capacity requirements to encourage new energy projects in stock to allocate new energy storage. The operation time of the
new energy storage shall not be later than operation time of the new energy project.
. South Korean media said that due to the rapid growth of the global electric vehicle battery industry and the impact of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) introduced by the United States, South Korea's exports of battery cathode materials have also increased significantly recently.
However, the latest report of the Korea Trade Association on the 5th found that nearly 90% of the country's export revenue went to China, which supplies the core raw material compounds and precursors of cathode materials, which is contrary to the original intention of the introduction of IRA in the United States. South Korean media can not help but sigh, "South Korea's export of battery materials earned money, to buy minerals all into China's pockets.".
3. Replacement of President of CGN New Energy!

. On the evening of September 12, Hubei Energy announced several announcements to invest in coal-fired power, photovoltaic power generation, wind power and other projects. Hubei Energy plans to invest in the second phase expansion project of Jiangling Power Plant in Jiangling County, Hubei Province, with a total investment of no more than 5.465 billion yuan. The project includes two 660 MW ultra-supercritical double reheat coal-fired units, aiming to improve the power supply support capacity. In addition, the subsidiary of Hubei Energy also plans to invest in a number of new energy projects, including photovoltaic and wind power projects, with a total investment of 2.652 billion yuan. Hubei Energy is committed to accelerating the development of new energy. It is estimated that the proportion of new energy will reach 80% during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and the total installed capacity will exceed 22 million kilowatts, which is in the forefront of domestic energy enterprises.
. Recently, the signing ceremony of Mingyang Group's heterojunction cells and photovoltaic modules project was held. The People's Government of Maanshan City, Anhui Province, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Mingyang Group and signed a project investment agreement. It is understood that Mingyang Group plans to invest 10 billion yuan in the production of 10GW heterojunction cells and 10GW photovoltaic modules.
3. Another world-class enterprise plans to build a 10 billion-grade component project
in Guangzhou. On September 12, the signing of the investment invitation agreement between the People's Government of Huadu District of Guangzhou and Sailafu Energy Group Co., Ltd. was held in Huadu District of Guangzhou. Sailafu Energy Company will build a 10g W photovoltaic module manufacturing project in Huadu District, with a total investment of about 6 billion yuan. The project is planned to be carried out in two phases, with 5G W large-size fully compatible photovoltaic module production line constructed in each phase, and the investment and construction will be completed within three years. It is estimated that after the project is completed, the annual output value will not be less than 10 billion yuan, and about 2600 people will be employed.
