On July 10, Zhengtai Xinneng's new intelligent manufacturing base, Yiwu Base in Zhejiang Province, held a TOPCon high-efficiency battery and component equipment entry ceremony, and 8GW batteries and 4G W component equipment will enter the market one after another. It was put into operation in August to help Zhengtai Xinneng TOPCon upgrade its production capacity. Lu Zhenyu, Chief Operating Officer of Zhengtai Xinneng, Liu Guyan, General Manager of Haining Base, Long Hui and Chen Xiaobing, Director of Yiwu Base, attended the scene, and Zhengtai Xinneng strived towards the annual production capacity target of 50GW.
This year, Zhejiang officially launched the "415X" advanced manufacturing cluster cultivation project, and the photovoltaic industry is one of the 15 billion-grade characteristic industrial clusters. In February, the Office of the Leading Group of High-quality Development of Manufacturing Industry in Zhejiang Province announced the list of the first batch of "Zhejiang Manufacturing" provincial characteristic industrial cluster core areas, and Yiwu Intelligent Photovoltaic Industrial Cluster was listed. As the leading photovoltaic enterprise in Zhejiang Province, Zhengtai Xinneng anchors Yiwu's complete photovoltaic industry cluster and perfect supporting enterprise layout, lays out intelligent manufacturing base in Yiwu, and promotes the efficient and rapid release of photovoltaic capacity.
Yiwu Base is the seventh intelligent manufacturing base built by Zhengtai Xinneng after Fengyang Base in Anhui Province was put into operation in June, and the second intelligent manufacturing base built by Zhengtai Xinneng in Zhejiang Province. Lu Zhenyu said in his speech on the spot that the completion of Yiwu Base will further strengthen the supply capacity of Zhengtai Xinneng TOPCon products. Zhengtai Xinneng will ensure high-quality production and delivery of products and promote the application of clean energy through advanced production equipment and technology.
As one of the 10 large-scale manufacturing bases planned by Zhengtai Xinneng, the total investment of Yiwu Base Project is 11.3 billion yuan , with a total land area of 644.99 mu. It is planned to build 8G W high-efficiency N-type photovoltaic cells, 8G W high-efficiency photovoltaic module production base and photovoltaic distributed power station.
The project will be constructed in two phases . The equipment mobilization is the first phase of 8GW TOPCon battery & & 4GW TOPCon component project. After mobilization, it will be put into operation in August 2023. The second phase of 4GW TOPCon module project is still under construction and is expected to be put into operation in the first quarter of next year. After the project is fully completed, the annual output value will reach about 12 billion yuan.
As one of the earliest enterprises in the industry to achieve mass production of n-type TOPCon components, Zhengtai Xinneng started "acceleration" in TOPCon technology and capacity layout in 2023. With the rapid development of TOPCon3.0 process route, the average efficiency of TOPCon battery mass production has achieved a breakthrough of 25.6%; In terms of capacity layout, all new production capacity of Zhengtai Xinneng this year adopts TOPCon battery technology, and has successively realized the expansion and landing of TOPCon production capacity in Yancheng Base Phase II, Haining Base Phase IV and Fengyang Base in Anhui Province, leading the industry in TOPCon production capacity.
With the first phase project of Yiwu Base put into operation in August, Zhengtai Xinneng will increase the production capacity of 8GWTOPCon batteries and 4GWTOPCon components to help achieve the production capacity of 38GWTOPCon components by the end of this year. In the future, Zhengtai Xinneng will give full play to the geographical and industrial advantages of Yiwu Base, accelerate production and make greater contributions to the popularization of renewable energy.
