On June 26, China Nuclear Group issued a tender announcement for the first-level centralized procurement project of photovoltaic module equipment in 2026-2027.
It is reported that the photovoltaic module equipment in this centralized procurement tender is the estimated total installed capacity of China Nuclear Group and its affiliated member units. This procurement is a framework procurement, including a number of specific projects.
The announcement shows that the N-type components purchased this time include two technical routes, namely TOPCON and BC. The bidder can choose one of the technical routes as the main scheme and the other as the alternative scheme according to its own production capacity, or only one of the technical routes can be tendered. In terms of
performance, the bidder is required to have a total contracted capacity of not less than 2G W contract performance and a single contract of 10 MW or more since January 1, 2024 (subject to the date of contract signing).
This tender does not accept the bidding of agents and traders, but only the bidding of manufacturers; it does not accept the bidding of consortia, and subcontracting is strictly prohibited. The deadline for
bidding is July 20, 2026.
