The process flow of the product mainly includes: pre-cleaning/gettering, silicon wafer texturing and cleaning, PECVD deposition of intrinsic amorphous silicon films and doped microcrystalline silicon films on the front and back sides, PVD deposition of TCO films on the front and back sides, screen printing of grid electrodes on the front and back sides, and low-temperature curing.
In addition, Liansheng Science and Technology also introduced the progress of Meishan Project in Sichuan Province. The "8GW Heterojunction Cell Project" constructed by Meishan Liansheng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., the holding company of listed companies, in Danling County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, is currently in the stage of installation and commissioning of production lines one by one and capacity climbing, and has not yet achieved mass production revenue.
