On October 31, Yunnan Huadian 2025 Photovoltaic Module Centralized Procurement Tender Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Huadian (Yunnan) New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the collection scope is N-type high-efficiency BC monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass components required for two new energy projects in Huadian Yunnan region, with a power of not less than 650 W. The bidding procurement project is located in Nanhua County, Chuxiong Prefecture and Lushui City, Nujiang Prefecture, Yunnan Province, with a bidding scale of 232.2138 MWp. Among them, Huadian Nanhua Lujiayakou Phase II 150,000 PV Project is 195.1586 MWp, and Huadian Lushui Youya 30,000 kW PV Project is 37.0552 MWp. The construction period of this
bidding project is expected to meet the supply conditions within 15 days after the contract comes into effect. In principle, Huadian Lushui Youya 30,000 kW Photovoltaic Project will be completed by the end of March 2026, and Huadian Nanhua Lujiayakou Phase II 150,000 Photovoltaic Project will be completed by the end of May 2026.
This tender requires bidders to have good business ability and commercial credit. In terms of performance, from January 1, 2024 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the date of contract signing), it has N-type high-efficiency BC double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules ( 640W And above ) shall not be less than 200MWp .
The project does not accept consortium bidding or agent bidding (except for sales enterprises that belong to the same group company as the bidding product manufacturer). Deadline for
submission/time of bid opening: 9:00, November 24, 2025.
