On September 30, the tender announcement for photovoltaic modules (secondary) of 120.28 MW supporting new energy EPC project of some expressways in Anhui Province was issued, and the tenderer was Anhui Traffic Control Resources Co., Ltd.
The project was first tendered on August 8, and planned to purchase 169000 photovoltaic modules with an estimated contract price of 85 million yuan . However, the bidding project was subsequently terminated because " the number of bidders entering the second envelope of quotation documents is less than three".
Information shows that the tender project still plans to purchase 169000 photovoltaic modules, but the estimated contract price rose to 90.94 million yuan . The project is planned to start supply in October 2025, and the supply period is 4 months.
Based on the capacity of 120.28 MW, the purchase price limit of the project has risen from 0.7067 yuan/ watt to 0.7561 yuan/ watt, an increase of nearly 0.05 yuan/watt. Similar
to the previous requirements, the bidder must be the manufacturer (manufacturer) of the photovoltaic module, and only one unit can bid for the same model of the same photovoltaic module brand. PV module manufacturers of the same brand and model from different places of origin shall be regarded as the same brand and shall not participate in the bidding of this project at the same time. In terms of
performance, the bidder has a supply performance of photovoltaic modules with a single contract amount of not less than 30 million yuan since January 1, 2021 (subject to the time of contract signing). Consortium bidding and agent bidding are not accepted
in this tender .
The bid closing time/bid opening time is 11:00 on October 28, 2025.
