On November 10, China Nuclear Huineng issued the second tender announcement for the collection of photovoltaic modules in 2023-2024. According to the content of the announcement, the total capacity of the tender is 10GW. Among them, the capacity of P-type monocrystalline double-sided 545Wp and above modules is estimated to be 3GW, and the bidding capacity of N-type monocrystalline (TOPCon) 570Wp and above modules is 7 GW.

The bidding scope includes (but not limited to) the cost of PV module product body, transportation and supply to the project site, insurance premium (the unit price of transportation fee is marked), special tools, spare parts, guiding the installation of module equipment, cooperating with system commissioning and acceptance, training and other related services.

This procurement is a framework procurement and is valid until March 31, 2025. In addition to the requirements of good financial condition and reputation,

the bidder also has performance requirements: since 2021, the actual shipment volume of PV modules is not less than 1.5g Wp. Consortium bidding and agent bidding are not accepted
