Procurement under the
2024 PV Module Framework Agreement This time, Huaneng Group's PV module procurement is a framework procurement agreement, valid from the issuance of the agreement to December 31, 2024, with a procurement capacity of 10GW, which is divided into three bid sections. The
three bid sections purchase 2G W P-type modules, 7.5G W N-type modules and 0.5G W heterojunction modules respectively. It should be noted that the bidder's quotation for the three bid sections shall be based on the double-sided double-glass component; if the single-sided ordinary backplane is used, the quotation shall be reduced by 0.02 yuan/watt on the basis of the double-sided double-glass quotation. In this
tender, the bidder is required to have good business reputation and financial status, as well as performance requirements:
bid sections 1 and 2: the total contracted capacity of the bidder since January 1, 2020 (subject to the date of contract signing) is not less than 2GW, and the bidder has a perfect after-sales service system. The bidder shall provide relevant certificates (project performance list, sales contract cover, signature page, supply scope page, etc.).
Bid Section 3: The total capacity of the contracted heterojunction modules of the bidder since January 1, 2020 (subject to the contract signing date) is not less than 300 MW, and the bidder has a perfect after-sales service system. The bidder shall provide relevant certificates (project performance list, sales contract cover, signature page, supply scope page, etc.). Consortium bidding and agent bidding are not accepted
this time.

Procurement of Inverter Framework Agreement
in 2024 This bidding for inverters is also a framework bidding, with a procurement capacity of 10GW. The validity period of the framework agreement is from the date of issuance of the agreement to December 31, 2024. The tender for the
inverter is divided into two bid sections. Among them, 1GW centralized inverters are purchased in the first bid section, and 9GW string inverters are purchased in the second bid section.
Similarly, the bidder of the inverter shall have good business reputation and financial status. Meanwhile, in terms of performance,
the centralized inverter of Bid Section 1: the total shipment volume of the centralized inverter of 3MW and above of the bidding brand since January 1, 2021 has exceeded 500,000 kilowatts; The second group of string inverters in
the bid section: the total shipment volume of 300 kW and above string inverters of the bidding brand has exceeded 500,000 kW since January 1, 2021.
Note: The bidder shall provide the relevant proof of sales performance of the bidding brand (not limited to the project name, contract cover, signature page, supply scope page) and the owner's signature certificate or arrival certificate or other relevant supporting materials. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender, but agent bidding is accepted. If the agent bids, it shall provide the authorization for this project issued by the equipment manufacturer (the imported equipment requires the manufacturer or the domestic general agent). For the authorization of the same manufacturer or manufacturer, only one agent is allowed to participate in the bidding for this project. If the product manufacturer and its authorized agent participate in the bidding together, only the product manufacturer's bidding is accepted. If two or more sales agents representing the same brand participate in the bidding at the same time, and two or more sales agents have valid authorization, the bidding will be rejected at the same time.

Procurement of Photovoltaic Bracket Framework Agreement
in 2024-2025 This framework agreement is divided into one bid section. The details are shown in the following table:

1. Comprehensive unit price of support: including material cost (including but not limited to all components of steel support such as main material, purline, inclined beam, diagonal bracing, column, bolt, briquette, connector, etc.), 65μm thick galvanized cost or 275g/㎡ aluminum-magnesium-zinc plating, test and inspection, technical service fee, Expenses for design liaison meeting, after-sales service, taxes and all other expenses.
2. If the galvanizing thickness exceeds 65 μm, each supplier shall quote separately. According to the design requirements, if the galvanizing thickness exceeds 65 μm, the adjustment principle is to take 5 μm as an adjustment unit. If the galvanizing thickness is less than 5 μm, the insufficient part shall not be adjusted;
3. If Q235C/Q355C/Q420C is selected as the material, the comprehensive unit price is 50 yuan/ton on the basis of the price of Q235B/Q355B/Q420B. The requirements for the performance of the bidder in this
bracket procurement are as follows:
(1) The cumulative total shipment volume of the bidder since January 1, 2020 is not less than supply performance of the 1GW photovoltaic power generation project, subject to the time of signing the contract. Relevant proof of sales performance shall be provided (including but not limited to: project name, contract cover, signature page, supply scope page, etc.);
(2) Since January 1, 2020, the bidder shall have at least 5 fixed support supply performances for photovoltaic power generation projects with a single installed capacity of not less than 100MW, subject to the time of contract signing, and shall provide relevant certificates of sales performance (including but not limited to: project name, contract cover, signature page, supply scope page, etc.). Consortium bidding and agent bidding are not accepted
in this tender.
