On October 30, the State Energy Group issued a tender announcement for the procurement of group-level photovoltaic inverters in 2023.
According to the tender announcement, the tender is divided into 7 bid sections , and the procurement capacity is estimated to be 10.04GW . Among them, the models purchased in bid section 1 are centralized , while the models purchased in the other 6 bid sections are all in series . Bid section 1-3 is national bidding, and bid section 4-7 is regional bidding. The delivery date of
this tender is to complete the supply within 30 days after the confirmation of the purchase order of Guoneng e-shopping mall, subject to the specific needs of the end user. The place of delivery is the place of delivery of the purchase order of Guoneng e-shopping mall or the place designated by the user (free on truck). The performance requirements for bidders in this
tender are
from October 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding. The bidding product must be not less than 500MW , Performance of domestic contracts (including framework contracts) for string inverters with rated power of 300 kW and above (the time of signing the contract is accurate to the date of year, month and day, and the performance is valid only within the above period). The Tenderer shall provide the scanned copy of the contract as supporting materials, which shall at least include: the seal page of the Buyer and the Seller, the date of contract signing, the name and model of materials, the scope of supply and other information.
If the copy of the contract provided by the bidder is a framework contract, in addition to the scanned copy of the framework contract, the scanned copy of the order under the framework contract shall also be provided. The scanned copy of the order shall be stamped by the buyer and contain information such as the name, model and scope of supply of the materials; The performance capacity of the framework contract shall be subject to the total supply quantity of the order meeting the above requirements.
In addition, it should be noted that:
1. The manufacturer and its agent are not allowed to bid at the same time, and the same brand can only authorize one agent to participate in the bidding, otherwise it will be deemed invalid.
2. There are seven bidding sections in this tender, and the bidder can only participate in the bidding with one identity (manufacturer or the same agent).
3.For the bidding lot, the bidder shall provide a preferential discount rate exceeding the estimated capacity. 3.2 Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project . 3.3 Agent bidding is accepted for
this project . The agent shall provide the sole authorization for the project issued by the equipment manufacturer. Bid
