Recently, China Nuclear Huineng and Huadian Group have announced the results of bidding for photovoltaic module procurement.
On December 21, the results of the second centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules by China Nuclear Huineng in 2023-2024 were announced. The successful bidders are Yidao Xinneng, Hengdian Dongci, Dongfang Risheng, Jingao, Yingli, Jingke Energy, Trina Solar Energy, Zhengtai Xinneng, Hongyuan Green Energy, Zhengxin Optoelectronics, Zhongqing Photovoltaic, Sailafu, Huansheng Photovoltaic, Daycare Photovoltaic and Anhui Xuhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the total installed capacity is 10GW, of which the P-type module is expected to be 3GW and the N-type module is expected to be 7GW .
The bidding scope includes (but not limited to) the cost of PV module product body, transportation and supply to the project site, insurance premium (the unit price of transportation fee is marked), special tools, spare parts, guiding the installation of module equipment, cooperating with system commissioning and acceptance, training and other related services.
The centralized procurement framework is valid until March 31, 2025.
On December 25
, Huadian Group announced the results of winning the bid for the third batch of centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules in 2023, Huadian Group's related projects. The successful bidders are Jingao, Zhengtai Xinneng, Trina Solar Energy and Longji Green Energy.
In addition, the bidding results of the fifth to sixth bidding sections of the bidding project were announced on November 23. The winning enterprises of the fifth bidding section are Jingao, Zhengtai Xinneng, Trina Solar Energy and Yidao Xinneng . The successful bidders of the sixth bid section are Jingao and Zhengtai Xinneng .
Among them, the lowest quotation of bid section 1 to 4 is 1.104 yuan/W , and the lowest quotation of bid section 5 is 1.090 yuan/W . The lowest quotation of the sixth bid section is 1.057 yuan/W , and the bidding enterprises are all Jingao .
The tender announcement shows that the bid is divided into six sections, with an estimated procurement capacity of 8950.9136 MW . The first to fourth
bid sections are centralized photovoltaic projects , with a bidding capacity of 2950.9136MV; Bid sections 5 to 6 are framework bid sections, which are applicable to some photovoltaic infrastructure projects and some technical transformation projects of Huadian Group with component demand before the first quarter of 2024, with a total bidding capacity of 6GW . The bid section V is the N-type component bid section, and the bidding capacity is tentatively determined as 4.5G W; the bid section VI is the P-type component bid section, and the bidding capacity is tentatively determined as 1.5G W.
The framework is valid until 30 June 2024.
