I. Bidding conditions

2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope

2.1 Project Overview

According to the photovoltaic power generation projects to be invested and constructed by China Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. and its subordinate units in the near future, The bidding capacity of the PV module frame is proposed to be 200 MW. 2.2

Bidding scope

Based on the photovoltaic power generation projects to be invested and constructed by the purchaser and its subordinate units in the near future, the bidding capacity of the photovoltaic module framework is proposed to be 200MW, which is not divided into bid packages, including 100MW single-glass modules and 100MW N-type double-sided modules. 2.3 Quotation and settlement description

2.3.1 Quotation method: The bidder shall quote according to the total price and the unit price per watt. 2.

3.2 Valid quotation: the unit price per watt, subtotal price and total bid price of each specification in the bid quotation shall not exceed the bid price limit, otherwise the bid of the bid package is invalid. 2.3.3 The bid evaluation price of this

project is the total bid price of PV modules (including tax). 2.3.4 The unit price of PV modules in

this bidding is fixed during the execution period of the contract. The tenderee will not accept the bidding commercial deviation for the PV module price arrangement (i.e. fixed unit price) listed in the bidding documents. If the bidder does not respond or does not fully respond to the price arrangement of the above photovoltaic modules, it does not substantially respond to the requirements of the tender documents. 2.3.5

Settlement principle

(1) This project is a framework procurement, the estimated procurement amount is the estimated value, the actual supply is subject to the actual demand quantity of photovoltaic modules of the buyer, and the settlement is based on the quotation of photovoltaic modules of corresponding specifications and the actual delivery capacity.

(2) Agreement on the upper and lower limits of the framework procurement amount: ± 0%

(3) Implementation principles of the framework validity period:

1) The validity period of the framework contract is 12 months after the signing of the framework contract, and the actual procurement amount within the validity period of the framework contract reaches 100% of the estimated procurement amount. The framework contract is automatically terminated.

2) When the framework contract expires, but the actual procurement amount has not reached 100% of the estimated procurement amount, the tenderee can extend the validity period of the framework (12 months). The contract will be automatically terminated when the lower limit of purchase is reached within the extension period. If the extension period expires and the actual purchase does not reach the lower limit of purchase, the contract will be automatically terminated.

3) The demand for PV modules shall be submitted by the construction unit of the PV project to China Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. on demand, and the capacity can be equally distributed in the framework contracts signed for different bid packages, or a single brand of PV modules can be used according to the demand of the construction unit. 2.4 List of
