According to the announcement, the tender involves two projects-the 1 million kilowatt "photothermal + photovoltaic" integrated energy demonstration project in Hami, Xinjiang, and the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in Beiting, Jimsar County, Xinjiang, with an estimated procurement capacity of 2.14 GW .
According to the announcement, the procurement components are required to be N-type double-sided . It is required to supply 200 MW by December 30, 2023 and complete the supply by May 30, 2024.
This time, the bidder is required to sign the contract in 2022 or 2023 (subject to the time of signing the contract, in which the framework agreement is based on the actual order or the time of signing the specific execution contract). The cumulative domestic contract performance of photovoltaic modules in a single natural year is not less than 2GW . Consortium bidding and agent bidding are not accepted
this time. In addition, the bidder shall not participate in the bidding as the subcontractor of other bidders. If the person in charge of a unit is the same person or different units with a holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in bidding for the same project or for the same tender project without dividing the tender section.
