1. According to the content of the announcement, the framework of photovoltaic modules in 2024 was included in the bidding
for centralized procurement projects. This announcement tender is for the centralized procurement of monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules required by member enterprises of China Electric Power Construction Group (Stock) Co., Ltd. for photovoltaic power generation projects in 2024 . The total procurement amount is 42GW, of which the total procurement amount of P-type modules is 12GW and the total procurement amount of N-type modules is 30GW. In this tender, the shortlisted suppliers of PV modules of China Power Construction Group (Stock) Co., Ltd. in 2024 will be determined according to each package (the number of shortlisted suppliers will be determined according to the actual number of bidders), and a framework agreement will be signed. The framework agreement will be valid until the results of centralized procurement in the next year are officially announced.
This tender requires the bidder to be a photovoltaic module R & D and manufacturing enterprise with independent legal personality, and to have good financial strength, technical ability and production experience in fulfilling the contract. Its products shall be provided with a certificate of quality assurance system not less than ISO9001 within the validity period. There are also requirements
for its performance:
the first and second bidding packages: the sales performance of P-type monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules in the past three years (from January 2021 to the present) is not less than 3000MWp, and relevant supporting documents (such as scanned copies of contracts) are attached; The third and fourth
bidding packages: the sales performance of N-type monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules in the past three years (from January 2021 to the present) is not less than 500MWp, and relevant supporting documents (such as scanned copies of contracts) are attached. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender.
