law enforcement inspection, Lueyang County River Management Station found a typical "ant moving" type of illegal mining in Tangjiagou Village, Lianghekou Town, where the parties installed sand washing equipment in their own courtyard dam and sold sand and gravel to the surrounding people privately under the cover of geographical conditions. Law enforcement officers immediately dismantled the illegally built sand washing equipment on the spot, retained relevant evidence according to law, and investigated the illegal acts of Chen Mou, the party concerned. In view of the laws and regulations violated by the "ant moving" type of stealing and the damage to the ecological environment, the party concerned and the surrounding masses were educated on the laws and regulations. At present, the case is being handled in accordance with legal procedures. Since
