It is reported that the project is located in Longshan Village and Taoyuan Village, Dazhaoyu Street Office, Shangzhou District, Shangluo City. It is a limestone processing production line construction and urban solid waste comprehensive utilization project. It mainly uses waste rock and construction waste to produce sand and gravel aggregate, reduces the stock of bulk solid waste, and increases the utilization rate of bulk solid waste and the recycling rate of construction waste.

According to the announcement, the project covers an area of 70864. 2 square meters. It mainly constructs a raw material warehouse with a construction area of 1500 square meters, a production workshop with a construction area of 6885 square meters and a finished product warehouse with a construction area of 4100 square meters. The production workshop is equipped with two sand and gravel aggregate processing production lines, supporting the construction of dormitory area, office area, factory roads and related environmental protection facilities and other auxiliary projects.

In addition, the raw materials and products of the project are stored in closed warehouses, and the top is equipped with spraying devices. The production workshop shall be closed, and the feed inlet, feed outlet and conveyor belt interface shall be provided with sprinkling devices. The dust generated in the crushing and screening process is collected by the gas collecting hood, treated by the pulse bag-type dust collector and discharged after reaching the standard. The project adopts environmental protection measures such as closed belt conveying, hardening of the ground and roads in the plant area, regular sprinkling of water to reduce dust, setting up car washing platforms, and covering vehicles with tarpaulins during the transportation of raw materials and finished products.
