The supervisory team first came to Xiweiyang Village, Beitian Street, to conduct field research, inspected in detail the rectification of illegal sand mining and dumping sites, and conducted research visits to nearby residents.
Subsequently, the supervisory group went to Beitian Street Office. The head of the Fourth Procuratorial Department of Lintong District Court and Lei Primary School, Secretary of the Party and Labor Committee of Beitian Street, reported the progress of the work to the supervisory group. The supervisory group fully affirmed the work of Lintong District Court and put forward the following specific requirements. First, we should improve our political standing, conscientiously implement the work deployment of the Central Committee, the Provincial Committee, the Supreme Procuratorate and the spirit of the National Conference on Eco-environmental Protection, and contribute more procuratorial power to the construction of ecological civilization; Second, it is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of procuratorial supervision, change the pressure of supervision into the driving force for improvement, continuously follow up the supervision to ensure the effectiveness of rectification, and effectively safeguard the national interests and social and public interests; third, it is necessary to set up more warning signs and isolation zones at the site of sand pit environmental renovation to remind the people passing by to pay attention to safety and prevent accidents.
