On September 12, Yongli Hydrogenation Station of Ningdong Renewable Hydrogen and Carbon Emission Reduction Demonstration Zone Project of Ningxia Branch of Guohua Investment (Hydrogen Energy Company), the largest green hydrogen intelligent integrated energy hydrogenation station of the State Energy Group, was completed and handed over, marking a significant stage progress of the project, which will soon be fully transferred to the stage of joint commissioning. National Development and Reform Commission and other six departments recently proposes to promote the innovative development of modern coal chemical industry coupled with renewable energy and green hydrogen. Ningdong Renewable Hydrogen Carbon Emission Reduction Demonstration Zone Project is the first commercial renewable hydrogen project in China, which is integrated with chemical industry and transportation, and Yongli Hydrogen Station is an important part of the project. The station is provided with 6 groups of 45 MPa tube bundle hydrogen storage bottles with a total hydrogen storage capacity of 1557.36 kg, and 2 groups of 87.5 MPa tube bundle hydrogen storage bottles with a total hydrogen storage capacity of 367.84 kg are reserved in the future; There are two hydrogen long tube trailers, each of which has a water volume of 24 cubic meters and a total hydrogen storage capacity of 700 kilograms . Two 30 m3 diesel tanks and one 30 m3 gasoline tank refueling facilities are reserved. The hydrogen station uses 120000 kilowatts of photovoltaic green electricity, and the hydrogen produced is green hydrogen. After putting into operation, it can provide hydrogenation services for 150 hydrogen fuel cell heavy trucks every day, with a hydrogenation scale of 3000 kg per day.
As the largest innovative ecological project of hydrogen energy industry chain in China, Ningdong Renewable Hydrogen Carbon Emission Reduction Demonstration Zone can achieve 100% green hydrogen production after its completion and operation, forming the whole industry chain of hydrogen production from renewable energy, green hydrogen substitution from coal chemical industry, hydrogen storage and transportation, hydrogenation and hydrogen use. On average, 334400 tons of standard coal and 901200 tons of carbon dioxide emissions can be saved annually. It is of great demonstration significance to promote the energy transformation of Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base, the comprehensive utilization of clean energy and the development of low-carbon economy.
