According to the National Enterprise Bankruptcy Reorganization Case Information Network, on June 16, the pre-reorganization administrator of Wuxi Suntech Solar Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuxi Suntech") issued a declaration announcement of creditor's rights.
The announcement shows that the creditors of Suntech in Wuxi should declare their claims to the pre-reorganization administrator before the deadline for declaration of claims (July 16, 2025). The declaration of creditor's rights is declared to the pre-reorganization administrator in the form of "online declaration + offline mailing of creditor's rights declaration materials".
It is understood that on April 27, the applicant Wuxi Swick Technology Co., Ltd. To apply to the People's Court of Xinwu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as the "People's Court of Xinwu District") for the transfer of Wuxi Suntech to bankruptcy review and for the pre-reorganization of Wuxi Suntech. 2025, Wuxi Shangde submitted a written application to our hospital, claiming that due to poor management, Wuxi Shangde is currently unable to pay off its debts due and obviously lacks the ability to pay off. However, the company is a pioneer in the photovoltaic industry , with high visibility, high market recognition, good prospects for the photovoltaic industry and interested investors, with pre-restructuring value and conditions. of Xinwu District held that the object of bankruptcy reorganization should be a distressed enterprise with rescue value and possibility. Before the enterprise enters the reorganization procedure, the creditors, debtors, investors and other stakeholders can first draw up the reorganization plan through out-of-court commercial negotiations.
The court decided to carry out pre-reorganization of Suntech in Wuxi, and appointed Beijing Zhide Law Firm and Jiangsu Manxiu (Wuxi) Law Firm as co-administrators of pre-reorganization.
According to Tian Eye Check, up to now, Wuxi Suntech has made 33 court announcements this year alone, all of which are defendants, involving disputes over sales contracts, financial loan contracts and creditors'right of revocation.
