Recently, Atlas Energy Storage (e-STORAGE), a subsidiary of Atlas Sunshine Power Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Abbreviation: Atlas, Stock Code: 688472), signed an agreement with OX2, an international renewable energy developer. It will provide 100MW/200 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) for its Muswellbrook photovoltaic storage project in New South Wales, Australia, and be responsible for the overall system integration and commissioning of the project.
This signing is another important energy storage order obtained by Atlas Energy Storage (e-STORAGE) in the Australian market.

According to the agreement, Atlas Energy Storage (e-STORAGE) will provide a complete solution for the project, including SolBank 3.0 Energy Storage System, Energy Storage Converter (PCS) and Power Station Control System. The EQ-S Energy Management System (EMS), independently developed by the overseas software technology team of Atlas Energy Storage, provides customers with an integrated digital energy platform covering intelligent monitoring, optimal dispatch and operation management of energy storage systems.
At the same time, Atlas Energy Storage (e-STORAGE) will also be responsible for the Pre-project grid access study (R1 phase), providing Hybrid Power Plant Controller for coordinating the operation of energy storage system and supporting photovoltaic power plants. It also undertakes the system integration and commissioning of the whole photovoltaic storage hybrid project, fully demonstrating the company's comprehensive capabilities in the field of large-scale energy storage project development, system integration and grid-connected delivery.

The energy storage battery core and SolBank system used in the project are manufactured by Atlas independently, realizing the vertical integrated supply chain management from energy storage battery core, PACK to system integration. With the independent and controllable manufacturing system, the company can provide customers with end-to-end supply chain visualization guarantee, ensure strict quality control in the whole process of product production and delivery, and further enhance the safety, reliability and financing of the project. Deliveries
are expected to begin in the third quarter of 2027 and commercial operations are planned for the third quarter of 2028.
In addition to the equipment supply, the two sides also signed a 20-year long-term service agreement (LTSA). According to the agreement, Atlas Energy Storage (e-STORAGE) will provide customers with full life cycle protection covering hardware equipment, energy management software and long-term operation and maintenance services.

is located in Hunter-Central Coast Renewable Energy Zone, New South Wales, Australia. The project site was originally a closed coal mine.
With the planned retirement of local old coal-fired generating units around 2030, part of their dispatchable power demand urgently needs to be supplemented by new energy infrastructure. Under the background of continuous energy transformation and large-scale development of new energy in Australia, energy storage is becoming an important infrastructure to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system. As a two-hour energy storage project, the project will effectively store the surplus solar power during the day and release it during the peak hours at night, providing flexible regulation for the regional power grid and effectively improving the flexibility and reliability of the power grid. After the
project is put into operation, it will provide support for the long-term hybrid power purchase agreement (Hybrid PPA) signed by OX2, and transform the volatile photovoltaic power generation into stable, dispatchable and contractually guaranteed power supply. By storing and dispatching solar power on demand, the project will further enhance the reliability of the local power grid, provide more stable and reliable renewable energy power for local communities, and promote the continuous optimization of regional energy structure. Atlas Energy Storage Project (Figure)
OX2 Australia, said: The addition of the battery energy storage system makes the Muswell brook project truly an integrated energy project integrating solar power generation and energy storage. It can store electricity when the sun is shining and release energy when the grid needs it most. This is important for providing stable and reliable renewable energy power to the Hunter region. "The Hunter region is at an important stage of Australia's energy transition," said Jeff Roy,
president of e-STORAGE. With the gradual withdrawal of traditional coal-fired power generation, energy storage is assuming more and more important power security functions. Atlas Energy Storage has the full value chain capability from battery core, energy storage system to energy management software and long-term operation and maintenance services. Relying on vertical integration layout and rich global project delivery experience, we can provide customers with one-stop solutions covering the whole life cycle of the project, and continue to create value with long-term stable operational performance.
In recent years, Atlas has continued to promote the layout of global energy storage business. Relying on the comprehensive capabilities of covering batteries, energy storage systems, energy management software, system integration and long-term operation and maintenance services, Atlas Energy Storage (e-STORAGE) has grown into the world's leading provider of energy storage solutions. As of June 30, 2026, the cumulative global energy storage system shipments of Atlas Energy Storage (e-STORAGE) have exceeded 23 GWh, with a contract value of about $3.5 billion (about RMB 23.6 billion).
