At the same time, the company appointed Wang Manbo as a new non-executive director.
Wang Manbo, aged 44, holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and has extensive experience in financial management and corporate governance. Mr.
Wang held various key financial and management positions in the subsidiaries of Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited. Mr. Wang is currently the executive deputy director of the secretary office of the board of directors and the securities affairs representative of Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd.
Wang Manbo signed a one-year letter of appointment with the company with an annual salary of HK $400000.
