Over the past four years, Henan Tianshan and its member enterprises have actively practiced the role of state-owned central enterprises, serving the local economic construction, accounting for the first proportion of production capacity in Henan Province, and contributing more than 2 billion yuan in profits and taxes to the country. Determine the goal of "1211" and define the development path and direction of cement, commercial mix, aggregate and other businesses. Adhering to ecological priority, green and low-carbon, exploring alternative paths for raw materials and fuels, vigorously developing low-carbon clean energy such as photovoltaic and wind power, it has nine state-level green factories and nine state-level green mines.
We will continue to deepen the construction of digital systems such as industry and finance integration, production optimization, ultra-low emissions, safety prevention, supply management and customer service, and make every effort to complete the project of China Building Materials Group, which has six high-tech enterprises. Continue to carry out mass innovation activities to stimulate innovation and efficiency of the whole staff. Insist on focusing on enterprises, activating cadres, taking performance appraisal as the starting point, compacting responsibilities layer by layer, and realizing the transformation from "grasping management" to "grasping management". Implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, consolidating the achievements of Party discipline learning and education, carrying out in-depth study and education of the spirit of the Eight Provisions of the Central Committee, and arming Party members, cadres and workers with the Party's innovative theory.
