On April 22, the Tianshan Material Procurement and Supply Chain Management Conference was held in Pudong, Shanghai. Man Gaopeng fully affirmed the achievements of procurement and supply chain management in the past year, deeply analyzed the company's shortcomings in key areas such as procurement cost control, logistics and warehousing management, supplier management, procurement digital construction and risk provention and control, and deployed the work from ten aspects:

Wang Chen emphasized that procurement posts have the characteristics of centralized power and intensive funds, which is the top priority of supervision. Combining with the inspection practice of Tianshan Material Party Committee in the past two years, she pointed out the non-standard problems in the procurement field, reported three typical cases of violation of discipline involving personnel in the procurement field investigated and dealt with by Tianshan Material Discipline Commission, analyzed the possible illegal problems in the procurement field, and asked the procurement personnel at all levels of the company to strengthen education and learning, clarify the bottom line, strengthen supervision. Be strict with oneself and honest in practice.

At the meeting, Wu Guochao, General Manager of Supply Chain Management Department, summarized the company's procurement and supply chain management from five aspects: cost control, centralized procurement, direct procurement at the source, risk control and green procurement, and put forward ten annual key work plans from the aspects of optimizing procurement mechanism, refining category management, deepening centralized procurement and direct procurement. Li Xiaohu, director of the company's legal compliance department, publicized the procurement compliance requirements.
