According to the prospectus, This time, Suzhou Solid Technetium intends to raise 886.8 million yuan for the project of Suzhou Jingyin New Material Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 500 tons of solar electronic paste, packaging and testing of small signal products, the project of Solid Technetium (Suzhou) Innovation Research Institute and supplementary liquidity.
Among them, the project of Suzhou Jingyin New Material Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 500 tons of solar electronic paste is located in the east of Qiaotou Street, Tongan Town, Suzhou High-tech Zone, Jiangsu Province, and the north of Suzhou Jingyin Phase I. With a total investment of 500 million yuan and a construction period of 36 months, the project plans to build a new production plant, optimize the layout of production lines, and purchase a series of advanced production equipment. We will comprehensively expand the production scale of high-temperature silver paste for TOPCon batteries and low-temperature silver paste for heterojunction (HJT) batteries.
At present, the project has completed the project filing procedures, and has obtained the Reply on the Environmental Impact Report Form of the Project with an Annual Output of 500 Tons of Solar Electronic Paste of Suzhou Jingyin New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (Su Huan Jian [2023] 05 No.0161) issued by Suzhou Ecological Environment Bureau. The company has also obtained the real property certificate of the relevant construction land.
