On June 4, the tender announcement for centralized framework procurement of photovoltaic modules and inverters for Chongqing Energy 2026 was issued, and the tenderer was Chongqing Branch of Iron Tower Energy Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the total amount of the tender including tax is estimated to be 29,584,086.94 yuan (about 29.5841 million yuan), which is divided into two sections of photovoltaic modules and photovoltaic inverters . Of which, the estimated tax-inclusive total amount of the PV module bid section is RMB26,118,988.51 (approximately RMB26,119,000).
The tender is expected to purchase 9 PV module products with power from 550 Wp to 725 Wp and total capacity of about 33.89873 MW . The benchmark unit price of all components excluding tax in this tender is 0.67 yuan/Wp .
The tender requires that the power commitment period of photovoltaic modules should not be less than 30 years, the warranty period of process and materials should not be less than 12 years, the power attenuation in the first year should be less than 1%, and the annual attenuation from the second year to the thirtieth year should not exceed 0.4%.
This tender for components requires bidders to have similar sales performance of photovoltaic modules/solar photovoltaic panels from June 1, 2023 (including) to the date of the first tender announcement of the project (based on the time of contract signing, if the contract is not signed, based on the starting time of the contract/service specified in the contract). The total amount of the contract is not less than 5 million yuan .
