On May 7, Chairman Zheng Xuexuan of China Construction Group held talks with visiting Prime Minister Alipov of Uzbekistan at the headquarters of the Group to witness the signing of cooperation agreements on key projects between the two sides. Minister Alipov spoke highly of the comprehensive strength of China Construction Group and fully affirmed the effectiveness of the performance of key projects of China Construction Group in Ukraine. Alipov said that under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, the all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership between Ukraine and China in the new era has maintained high-quality development, providing a broad space for economic and trade cooperation between Ukraine and China. In recent years, China Construction Group has implemented a number of major projects in Ukraine and achieved a good start in practical cooperation between the two sides. It is expected that China Construction Group will give full play to its advantages and actively participate in the construction of key projects in the fields of transportation infrastructure, people's livelihood housing, water conservancy facilities, complex development, ecological restoration and clean energy, so as to achieve mutual benefit and common development. The Ukrainian government will fully support the development of China Construction Group in Ukraine and promote bilateral cooperation to a new level.
Zheng Xuexuan thanked Prime Minister Alipov, the Uzbek government and the Embassy in China for their trust and support to China Construction Group. Zheng Xuexuan said that China Construction Group will further implement the important consensus of the heads of state of China and Uzbekistan, regard Uzbekistan as an important strategic development area of the Group, continue to increase investment and construction efforts in Uzbekistan, make every effort to perform key projects, actively participate in the construction of major infrastructure projects, jointly promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, and promote the construction industry.
