Digital New Energy DataBM. Com learned that on October 11, Huamin said on the interactive platform that the polysilicon materials purchased by the company will be used to produce high-efficiency N-type monocrystalline silicon rods, which will be produced into monocrystalline silicon wafers after a series of processes such as truncation, square opening, grinding and slicing. The monocrystalline silicon wafers produced by Tongwei Silicon Materials are not exclusively for Tongwei. At present, the company has established long-term cooperative relations with a number of strategic customers. Tongwei's silicon wafer orders are produced and supplied by Hongxin New Energy, which does not involve Honghui New Energy, and there is no problem of high transportation costs.
It also revealed that Hongxin New Energy has planned the production capacity of 20GW high-efficiency N-type monocrystalline silicon rods and 14GW monocrystalline silicon wafers, which can meet the demand of N-type high-end solar cells such as TOPCon, heterojunction (HJT) and IBC; Honghui New Energy has planned the production capacity of 10g W heterojunction (HJT) battery dedicated silicon wafers, mainly producing heterojunction (HJT) dedicated silicon wafers.
