Tianfu Energy announced in the evening of December 19 that the company intends to set up "Tianfu New Energy Industry Innovation Research Institute" with its own capital investment, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan and a 100% shareholding ratio. On the basis of Tianfu regional power grid, the city-level demonstration area of source-network-load-storage integration will be constructed to promote the high-quality development of the new energy industry chain in Shihezi City, the eighth division, effectively pool the strength and resources of all parties in the new energy industry chain, explore the business model and operation mechanism of the construction of source-network-load-storage integration base, and give full play to the agglomeration effect of the new energy industry chain.
Data show that Tianfu Energy, as a major power generation enterprise in Shihezi area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, has a total installed capacity of 3.261 million kilowatts as of December 31, 2021, including 2.99 million kilowatts of thermal power units, 231,000 kilowatts of hydropower units and 40,000 kilowatts of photovoltaic units. At the beginning of 2022, Tianfu Energy plans to raise 1.5 billion yuan through non-public offering, and after deducting the issuance fee, it will invest in Tianfu 400000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project of Shihezi 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic base project in northern Xinjiang. On November 1, Tianfu Energy announced that the time for Tianfu 400000 kW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of Shihezi 1 million kW Photovoltaic Base Project in Northern Xinjiang of the Corps to reach the scheduled usable state would be postponed from September 30, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
