On September 4, * ST Bangjie announced that on September 3, the company received written resignation reports from Liu Jiao and Shen Wenzhong respectively. The original term of office of the above persons as directors is from June 26, 2023 to June 26, 2026.
At present, the company is in the pre-reorganization stage. On June 26, * ST Bangjie held the twenty-ninth meeting of the sixth board of directors. After deliberation by all directors, it was agreed that the sixth board of directors of the company should be postponed appropriately, and the term of office of the special committees and senior managers of the board of directors should be postponed accordingly. The resignation of the above
personnel is due to personal reasons. Liu Jiao applied to resign from the positions of non-independent director, member of the Nomination Committee and member of the Audit Committee of the sixth session of the Board of Directors of * ST Bangjie; Shen Wenzhong applied to resign from the positions of independent director, chairman of the Nomination Committee and member of the Strategic Committee of the sixth session of the Board of Directors. After their resignation, they will no longer hold any positions in the company and its subsidiaries.
Meanwhile, * ST Bangjie announced the appointment of Liu Jun and Cai Mingzi as deputy general managers of the company. The term of office of these two persons shall end on the date of completion of the re-election of the sixth session of the Board.

Liu Jun, born in March 1985, Chinese nationality, no permanent residence abroad, bachelor degree. He has successively served as the staff member of the Financial Office of the Development and Reform Bureau of Yuexiu District, Guangzhou; the director of the company department of Tianhebei Sub-branch of Guangzhou Branch of Minsheng Bank; and the deputy general manager of Shenzhen Qianhai Shuimu Hedao Fund Management Co., Ltd. He is currently a director of Guangdong Chuangguan Investment Co., Ltd. and a director of the Company.
Cai Mingzi, born in June 1991, is a Chinese national with no permanent residence abroad and a master's degree. Ms. Cai Mingzi has extensive research experience in the securities industry. She has been engaged in the research of the pharmaceutical industry in a number of securities companies, and has served as an analyst and chief analyst in the pharmaceutical industry. She has won the Golden Bull Award for Analysts in the Chinese Securities Industry, the Golden Kirin Award for Analysts in the Pharmaceutical Industry of Sina Finance and Economics, and other industry honors. She was an assistant to the chairman of Meinian University Health Industry (Group) Co., Ltd.
