Xie Yanhui applied to resign from the positions of chairman of the board of directors, member (convener) of the strategic committee of the board of directors, member of the nomination committee of the board of directors and member (convener) of the risk management committee of the board of directors due to work reasons; Lu Dapeng applied to resign as a director of the Company, a member of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee of the Board of Directors, a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and a member of the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors; Chen Pengfei applied to resign as a director of the Company.
The announcement shows that after the resignation of the above-mentioned personnel, Xie Yanhui still serves as the director and legal representative of the company, Lu Dapeng still serves as the general manager of the company, and Chen Pengfei no longer holds any position in the company.
