On September 5, Jiangxi Business Department successfully completed the single raft pouring of the new hospital area project of Nanchang People's Hospital, a major key infrastructure project in Nanchang in 2023. In the early stage of
pouring, the opening team led the heads of relevant departments to the construction site to timely understand the needs of the project, organize a special coordination meeting, make technical disclosure to the relevant personnel, clarify the matters needing attention, and actively carry out preparations for raw material reserve, maintenance and repair of production equipment, allocation of logistics vehicles and drivers, etc. Formulate personalized supply plan to ensure that material supply, production organization, quality control and other work are carried out in an orderly manner. During the
pouring period, production dispatchers, quality inspectors, technical service engineers and other personnel will keep an eye on the whole process, strictly control the quality of products and services, give real-time feedback on the site, solve emergencies in time, and ensure the completion of the pouring task with high quality. According to the pouring characteristics of the project floor, the
production department and the technical department work together to shorten the mixing time of single-disc concrete to 25 seconds, which greatly improves the production efficiency. The comprehensive office counts the number of night shift attendance in advance, organizes the canteen to provide night snacks, and assigns special personnel to deliver them to colleagues who stick to the front line of the project, so as to do a good job of logistical support. From 21:00 on the evening of
September 3 to 3:00 on the morning of September 5, after 30 hours, 191 vehicles were dispatched to pour 3121.3 cubic meters of concrete continuously. In the sound of "three grabs", all the staff of the factory successfully completed the single raft pouring of the new hospital area project of Nanchang People's Hospital. Relying on the courage, energy and momentum, the factory produced 3762 cubic meters of concrete on September 4, breaking the single-day production record since its establishment!
It is reported that the project is a major key infrastructure project in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province in 2023, with a contracted volume of 105000 square meters, an investment of about 1.6 billion yuan and a total construction area of about 180000 square meters. The project is located in the east of Furong Road, south of Shuanggang West Street, west of Qinglan Avenue and north of Songwu Road in Jingkai District of Nanchang City. It is planned to build a new inpatient building, an outpatient and emergency building, an infectious disease building, a medical technology building, a scientific research and teaching administrative building and other related supporting facilities. After completion, 1000 beds will be set up, reaching the scale of 3100 outpatient and emergency visits. It can effectively improve the level of medical services in Jingkai District.
