Jiaxing Project Completed Concrete Pouring of Foundation Raft of Building 1 #

On May 17, the Jiaxing project completed the concrete pouring of the foundation raft of the 1 # building, creating favorable conditions for the next step of the project to break out of the positive and negative zero.

Since the commencement of the project on March 5, in strict accordance with the schedule nodes, the project has carefully organized production factors such as people, materials and machines, optimized the construction scheme, strengthened the safety and quality control of the construction process, and completed various construction tasks such as pile foundation, foundation pit support and earthwork excavation on time.

Jiaxing Project is located at the east side of Chayuan Road, south side of Mawei Road and north side of Xinggang Road, Youchegang Town, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It consists of five 11-storey small high-rise residential buildings, two supporting buildings and a 1-storey underground garage (including civil air defense garage), with a total construction area of about 55,000 square meters. After the completion of the project, it will improve the living standards and social environment of the surrounding residents, and promote the construction of Youchegang Town in Xiuzhou District.
