从数量上看，合肥共有46家上市企业入围，占据榜单近半数席位，此外芜湖15家上市企业上榜，第三则是马鞍山有6家上市企业入围该榜单。
从地域分布上看，安徽上市企业主要集中在皖南地区，除省会合肥汇聚了多数上市企业外，马鞍山、滁州、宣城也有多家上市企业入围。皖北地区，除蚌埠有5家上市企业上榜外，阜阳、亳州两地仅一家上市酒企。整体来看，皖北地区上市企业数量以及市值与皖南地区存在较大差距。
从产业分布上看，高市值企业主要集中在制造业以及新兴科技产业。
