5月18日上午，陕西省宝鸡市政府副秘书长、徐州市对口协作宝鸡市工作组组长蒋秀涛率工作组到千阳海螺水泥有限公司考察调研。千阳县委常委、副县长王晓东，千阳县环保新材料产业园、千阳海螺水泥有限公司相关负责同志陪同调研。
蒋秀涛副秘书长一行实地查看千阳海螺水泥有限公司生产线，详细了解公司相关项目建设进展情况。在随后召开的座谈会上，双方就公司对外交流合作和下一步发展进行了深入沟通交流。蒋副秘书长指出，千阳海螺水泥有限公司是东西协作的示范企业，是千阳县的龙头企业、标杆企业，技术先进、管理水平高、市场前景好，希望海螺水泥公司放大产业优势，加快推进项目建设，不断做大做强，为宝鸡市、千阳县经济发展做出更大贡献。他还表示，徐州市对口协作宝鸡市工作组将持续关注海螺水泥公司，积极搭建政务、商务平台，助力企业加快发展。
