Phnom Penh Conch is located in Cambodia, about 80 kilometers away from the capital Phnom Penh. It is the second large-scale cement production enterprise invested by Conch Group in Cambodia to implement the "the Belt and Road" initiative. The project has a 5000 t/d clinker production line, supporting the construction of cement grinding, waste heat power generation, photovoltaic power generation and other projects, and adopts advanced energy management system and environmental protection management technology, striving to build a green, low-carbon, sustainable development of modern factories. To contribute to the high-quality development of "the Belt and Road".

China Cement Network, by the end of 2024, Conch Cement had produced 14.911 million tons of cement clinker overseas. With the Cambodian project put into operation, the total overseas production capacity of Conch has reached 16.461 million tons (calculated by 310 days).
