the "Management Measures" provides a legal basis for strengthening the management of power battery recycling, and the chaos of "small workshops" in the previous industry will be ended, non-compliant enterprises will be eliminated, and "good money will drive out bad money". This marks that battery recycling has entered the stage of legalization.
