On August 24, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Anshun City, Guizhou Province, issued a public announcement on the acceptance of the EIA of Zhengjie Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Station Project (Change) in Guanling County.
The announcement shows that the Zhengjie Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Station Project in Guanling County is located in Gangwu Town, Guanling County, Anshun City, with a total investment of 786.78 million yuan and a construction period of 8 months. The project is a major change re-approval project .
Previously, on November 20, 2024, the project obtained the Approval of Anshun Ecological Environment Bureau on the Environmental Impact Report Form of Zhengjie Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Station in Guanling County (Anhuan Table Approval [2024] 147), and started construction in July 2025. As of January 2026, the installation of photovoltaic array brackets (by manual drilling and UAV hoisting) is under way in Block 4 of the original EIA approval, and no construction has been started in other areas. In the process of land acquisition, due to land circulation , it is necessary to reduce the scope of the original EIA red line and relocate outside the scope of the original EIA red line, and the construction of the relocated land has not started.
After adjustment, the installed capacity of the project is 200 MW (258.43 MWp on the DC side). Installation of 620W p monocrystalline silicon component 416832 blocks, with a total floor area of 301.42h ㎡, and cancellation of 62.67h ㎡ within the original scope of land acquisition for environmental impact assessment. The original environmental impact assessment covers an area of 150.72h ㎡, and the newly added photovoltaic area covers an area of 150.7h ㎡. The construction unit of the
project is Guizhou Huadian Lianxin Energy Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary company of Huadian New Energy.
